Please note that all of our paper placemats are custom-designed and printed specifically for each customer. Due to the personalized nature of these products:
- All sales are considered final once production begins
- Returns are only accepted in specific circumstances outlined below
- We cannot accept returns for custom products based on preference changes
Pre-Production Approval Process
To ensure your complete satisfaction:
- We provide digital artwork proofs for your review prior to production
- Production begins only after receiving your explicit approval of the digital proof
- Your approval confirms that the design, colors, and specifications meet your requirements
- The approved digital proof serves as the production standard for your order
Valid Reasons for Returns
Returns will be considered under the following circumstances:
- Manufacturing Defects: If the printed placemats contain manufacturing defects that affect their usability
- Deviation from Approved Artwork: If the final product significantly differs from your approved digital proof
- Incorrect Quantity: If the quantity received does not match your order
- Shipping Damage: If products arrive damaged due to shipping (must be reported within 72 hours of delivery)
Return Process
If you believe your order qualifies for a return:

- Reprint: We will reprint your order according to the originally approved specifications
- Store Credit: A credit for future orders (100% of order value)
- Refund: A monetary refund (may be subject to a restocking fee)
Non-Returnable Items

- Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Orders with minor color variations inherent to the printing process
- Custom products where the final product matches the approved digital proof
- Returns requested beyond the 3 day reporting period
